When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately at [email protected]. Orders can only be changed if they have not shipped yet.

What if my package says delivered but isn’t here?

Sometimes carriers mark packages “delivered” early. Please check:

  • Your mailbox
  • Your porch
  • Neighbors
  • Your local post office

Do you accept returns?
